To access Quality Manual (QM) updates please select Login (at the top right corner of the web page) and use the control number located within QM identified on each page as the User Name and Password, dash to be included, for example:
Username: XX-XXXX (Control Number)
Password: XX-XXXX (Same Control Number)
Once you’ve successfully logged in you will be prompted to change your password. Your username will remain your control number (XX-XXXX).
Please take the time to update your profile with correct contact information especially your email address as you will need to specify this so that you can retrieve your password if forgotten. If you should have any problems with logging in please email tshaak@telkore.com.
